Job summary

The Intersect Group seeks a Platform Engineer to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions and MCP servers in production. You will develop a shared internal platform enabling engineers to build, deploy, monitor, and manage AI agents and developer tools securely at scale.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience architecting AI-driven platforms rather than just consuming APIs, and will help define deployment patterns, developer workflows, and secure, reliable infrastructure across

Qualifications

5+ years of software or platform engineering with hands-on production work.
Experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions in real-world environments.
Hands-on experience designing, building, and managing MCP servers.
Strong Python development for AI, automation, or platform tooling scenarios.

Responsibilities

Design and build internal platforms supporting AI agents and MCP servers.
Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Architect MCP server frameworks, integrations, and deployment patterns.
Create automation, monitoring, and tooling for production AI environments.
Build cloud-native applications and platform services in modern cloud environments.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
Collaborate to establish standards and reusable platform capabilities.
