Job summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a Platform Engineer with proven experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI solutions and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers in production environments. This role will play a critical part in developing a shared internal platform that enables engineers to build, deploy, monitor, and manage AI agents and developer tools securely and at scale.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience architecting AI driven solutions rather than simply consuming AI tools or APIs. You will help establish platform standards, create deployment patterns, improve developer workflows, and build the infrastructure required to support rapidly evolving AI technologies across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal platforms supporting AI agents, MCP servers, and AI powered developer tools
• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency
• Architect, implement, and manage MCP server frameworks, integrations, and deployment patterns
• Create automation, monitoring, and operational tooling for production AI environments
• Build and maintain cloud native applications and platform services within modern cloud environments
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish standards, best practices, and reusable platform capabilities
• Provide technical guidance on platform architecture, scalability, security, and operational reliability

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or related experience with recent hands on work building production solutions
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions in real world environments
• Hands on experience designing, building, and managing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Strong Python development experience, particularly for AI, automation, platform engineering, or developer tooling use cases
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments, with GCP or Azure preferred and AWS also acceptable
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems design
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation, and GitHub Actions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud services
• Experience supporting internal developer platforms or DevEx initiatives
• Experience with Helm and container orchestration technologies
• Familiarity with YAML based workflow automation and AI agent configuration
• Experience with .NET and C# development
• Background in monitoring, security, governance, and operational management of AI solutions
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
