Job summary

Accenture is seeking a high-impact AI/ML engineer to help scale an enterprise AI platform across Oracle product lines. You will contribute to a federated knowledge repository, extend MCP server infrastructure, and enable AI-assisted sales with intelligent content and live demos.

You’ll work with solution architects and delivery teams, translating complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences while shaping the culture and systems of a founding team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience building deploying agentic AI systems (Claude/Anthropic or equivalent).
• Experience with MCP servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool-use orchestration.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality gates for AI system output.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12 years' work experience if Bachelor’s, 6 years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository—multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform on Oracle 23ai.
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure across Oracle product lines.
• Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits with AI-generated content and demos.
• Serve as an Anthropic / AI coding agent SME across teams and client engagements.
• Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery to embed AI across Accenture-Oracle alliance.
