Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers — skilled builders who design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production deployments from day one.

You will own components end-to-end, develop data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360 and Snowflake, and partner with customers to implement actionable AI solutions, while benefiting from mentorship and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI solutions in production.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to co-build deployments.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to deployed.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards for KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with customers to translate challenges into solutions.
