Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, defining use cases, prototyping, and deploying agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and scalable.

You will work across strategy, consulting, technology, and operations to shape AI-native playbooks and enable adoption across complex environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in engineering cloud-native systems and AI integration.
• Programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• Minimum 2 years designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.

Responsabilités

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: Build abstraction layers across AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for seamless multi-provider integration.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability to scale AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: Deploy agentic apps across verticals like finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: Run workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
