Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital, a Boston-based investment firm, seeks an AI Engineer focused on agentic applications to design and implement foundational patterns for safe, auditable adoption of agentic AI in business systems.

You will work with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Strands, MCP gateways/servers, and related services to build production-grade, secure workflows with observability and compliance at the core.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, application engineering, or cloud engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize reusable agentic workflow patterns for business applications.
• Implement application-side agent orchestration using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and related frameworks.
• Define standards for agent-to-tool communication, authorization, and service discovery.
• Build agentic workflows including planning, tool execution, memory, and human approval patterns.
• Ensure agentic workflows are observable, secure, and compliant in production environments.
