Job summary

Eightfold AI is hiring an Agentic Adoption Partner to drive AI agents into production within customer talent workflows. You’ll shape how humans and agents share work, ensuring trust and ongoing adoption across TA teams and HR ops.

You’ll guide end users, certify teams, monitor analytics, and translate findings into scalable playbooks while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unlock expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition, HR or customer-facing enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with complex enterprise engagements and cross-functional influence.
• Strong data, consumption dashboards, and actionable business insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI agents and talent transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive agents from deployment into sustained production use.
• Design the human-agent operating model with customers and governance.
• Work directly with recruiters, TA teams, hiring managers, and HR ops.
• Certify end users via Agent Academy and ensure adoption in workflows.
• Monitor usage, actions, and value; develop proactive adoption plans.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to reduce friction.
• Build reusable playbooks and success stories for faster future deployments.
• Identify expansion opportunities for more Eightfold capabilities.
