Job summary

Farmers District 40 & 94 in Fremont, MI is seeking an Agent Trainee for our insurance sales and agency development program. This full-time opportunity starts with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a chance to grow with a top-performing Farmers Insurance agent.

You will generate leads, make outbound calls, quote and sell insurance, and learn agency operations while receiving personalized coaching and mentorship.

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K; Schedule: Monday to Friday; no weekends required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Willing to make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
• Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to learn and succeed.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
