Kelsie Porter Agency in Howell, MI is seeking an Agent Trainee to build relationships, assess client needs, and promote Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions. Training is provided with opportunities for career growth within Farmers Insurance.

Role is full-time, with a Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and Friday 9am-1:30pm schedule. Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses offer strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, positive attitude.
• Willing to obtain or already have a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions.
