You will build knowledge of Agency Services, help manage agent setups and contracting, and collaborate with distribution partners to improve workflows and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of insurance industry helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agency services and contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate commissions/contracting support to agents and partners.
• Respond to inquiries through multiple channels with high quality service.
• Maintain knowledge base of Agency Services including contracting and commissions.
• Resolve escalated issues and document actions in the system.
• Assist management by improving workflows and sharing feedback.
