Job summary

lpt Realty is seeking a results-driven professional to connect with and convert inbound inquiries from real estate professionals. You’ll build relationships, understand agent goals, and identify opportunities within lpt Realty.

You’ll guide qualified agents through recruiting and onboarding journeys, manage an active pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional agent experience. Expect a competitive hourly base pay with performance-based bonus opportunities and strong
