LPT-Realty is hiring an Agent Growth Partner in the United States to own the full agent recruiting funnel from outreach to signing. You will articulate the brokerage value, address questions on compensation and onboarding, and manage the candidate journey in CRM tools.

You will hit KPIs, ensure commission eligibility, and report on pipeline health to leadership. This is a growth-focused role in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or inside sales experience, ideally consultative or relationship-based.
• Strong verbal communication, able to build trust quickly on the phone.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a multi-stage pipeline of candidates.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, comfortable with a variable/commission-based comp structure.
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track and update pipeline status daily.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute every step of the agent recruiting funnel, from initial outreach through close.
• Present LPT's brokerage value proposition and the specific team's offering (splits, lead volume, tech, support).
• Answer agent questions on compensation, compliance, and onboarding.
• Log and update every stage of the pipeline accurately in Follow Up Boss (FUB).
• Guide candidates through the LPT Connect intake process to formally join at the brokerage level.
• Hit daily/monthly KPI targets (completed appointments, hires, conversion rate).
• Ensure all commission eligibility requirements are met and documented for each hired agent.
• Report on pipeline health and key metrics to the VP of Inside Sales.
