The Atlantic District in Bethlehem seeks an outgoing Agent who will be the face of our local team. You’ll listen to families and businesses, identify protection needs, and recommend practical insurance solutions with integrity and care.

You’ll work in a supportive, growth-minded environment with hands-on training, a clear path to licensure, and opportunities for commission bonuses. A Monday–Friday schedule and work-from-home options help you balance your commitments while serving our neighbors.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record in sales or client relationship management.
• Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license within six months of hire.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and office software.
• Experience with consultative sales approaches rather than high-pressure tactics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business protection needs.
• Evaluate current coverage gaps and suggest practical, customized insurance solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with existing clients to ensure their policies continue to serve them well.
• Manage daily sales activities and follow-up processes to grow the client base.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine our local outreach strategies.
• Provide transparent, educational guidance on complex insurance topics to build long-term trust.
