Nikolai Jump Agency, part of Farmers Insurance, seeks an Agent in Training to grow a sales career in Okemos, MI. You’ll earn a competitive base plus uncapped commissions and receive paid training with ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, outbound calls, networking, and follow-up.
• Ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to identify additional opportunities.
• Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall agency growth.
• Manage leads, client activity, and follow-ups through CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and team development.

What You'll Do

As an Agent in Training, you'll learn the insurance business while developing the sales and relationship-building skills needed to grow within the industry.
