Job summary

The Nathan Bowers Agency in Holland, MI is recruiting an Agent in Training for Farmers Insurance. This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with Monday–Friday hours and hybrid flexibility.

You will learn, compete, and build a successful insurance career, with strong training and mentorship to support your growth. Responsibilities include building client relationships, tailoring Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions, and generating new business

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty License.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
