Oscilar is building an Agentic Risk Platform for banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations, using modern AI to manage fraud, credit, compliance, and onboarding risk.

Qualifications

• Own the Agents pipeline and revenue goals.
• Define high-potential segments, use cases, personas, and buying triggers.
• Diagnose and fix funnel bottlenecks from awareness through expansion.
• Act as the single accountable leader for Agents growth and align teams.
• Partner with Sales on deal strategy and bring market learnings to Product/PMM.
• Build programs that convert early customers into references and expansions.
• Hire and develop a growth team, starting hands-on and scaling as the business grows.
• Set a high bar for execution, experimentation, and speed.
• Coach channel owners to scale the motion beyond any one person.
