The Agency is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to join our Beverly Hills and Brentwood operations, supporting agents and sustaining a dynamic office culture. As an integral member of the Operations team, you will handle agent requests, onboarding, events, CRM usage and office coordination, traveling between the two local offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in real estate or client-facing roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel between Beverly Hills and Brentwood offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for agent requests and support.
• Onboard new agents and promote company values.
• Host and coordinate in-office events and weekly meetings.
• Manage CRM updates, data reporting and office operations.
• Maintain records and ensure MLS/compliance standards.
