Job summary

Wellabe is seeking an Agent Admin Representative 3 to support agent contracting, licensing, and appointment processes across distribution channels, using LifePro, CLARC, and Vertafore.

Under direct supervision, you will maintain licensing records, handle terminations and renewals, and coordinate with agents and managers to ensure accurate data and timely communications. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, sales distribution, or insurance-related field.
• Agent licensing experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new agent contracting and appointment requests across distribution channels.
• Confirm licensing and required documentation; submit background checks.
• Process appointments, assign agent numbers, and distribute notifications.
• Handle contract exchanges and renewals per guidelines.
• Maintain agent licensing records and update records.
• Manage terminations by updating records and notifying states.
• Create agent commission assignments and maintain related records.
• Communicate with agents, managers, and external carriers to obtain missing information.
• Disclose and protect individually identifiable information per policy.
