Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a security Agent in Texas to provide concierge-level security at client locations and events, de-escalate tense situations, and write thorough incident reports. You will support investigations and monitor access controls and CCTV to protect people and property.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, two years of security or law enforcement experience, and a TX DPS Non-Commissioned Security Officer License.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide the client with concierge-level security at the client location and/or events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
• Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Oversee external campus drop off/pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
• Transport the client to and from company location and/or events, as assigned.
• Secure the client’s residential perimeter and review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms, as assigned.
• Identify and escalation equipment deficiencies/failures.
• All other duties, as assigned.
