Job summary

Arc of Crawford County in Meadville, PA is seeking an AWC Program Specialist (Agency With Choice) to coordinate with the Program Manager, support federal/state reporting, and partner with eight counties to develop and revise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma with 5 years related experience acceptable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AWC Program Manager to meet Federal, State and Agency requirements.
• Develop and revise programs with Administrative Entities and Supports Coordinators across counties.
• Maintain data in Billiyo and assist with payroll/encounters and monthly reports.
• Provide trainings to Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals.
• Assist with annual mailings and reports and maintain organized filing systems.
• Travel and flexible hours as needed.
