Job summary

Auberle in Meadville, PA is seeking an experienced Program Specialist to support Crawford County Independent Living youth ages 14-22. You will build relationships, meet youths in homes or community settings, and coordinate services.

This full-time role focuses on engaging youth, documenting progress, and collaborating with partners to provide education, housing, employment, and legal resources. Act 33/34 and FBI clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
• PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
• Two years of youth experience with HS diploma; or one year with Associate; or one year with Bachelor.
• Full-time with flexibility in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with young people to foster engagement and support their individual growth.
• Conduct regular meetings with young people in their homes, community settings, or at the drop-in center to evaluate their needs, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Collaborate with community partners and service providers to coordinate care, maximize support, and ensure access to resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate and promote various programs at the drop-in center to engage young people and meet diverse needs.
• Teach young people budgeting, home maintenance, and decision making to gain adulting skills.
