Job summary

Multicultural Community Services of the Pioneer Valley Inc. is seeking a full-time Agency with Choice program team member in Springfield. The role combines Case Manager and Direct Support duties (20 hours each) with a total 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include designing programs with families, recruiting volunteers, supervising staff, and coordinating with DDS coordinators to provide supports. Requires HS diploma, First Aid/CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge to work with individuals with a variety of needs.
• Must be reliable and flexible to provide hours needed for individuals.
• Microsoft Word, Excel knowledge a plus.
• Recruitment/interviewing and program development skills preferred.
• Must be organized, creative and a self-starter.
• Must have good written/communication skills.
• Must attend mandatory trainings and bi-monthly staff meetings.
• Must have safe and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma required.
• First Aid and CPR trainings are required.

Location: Springfield and surrounding areas

Program: Agency with Choice (AWC)

Hours: Fulltime- 40 hrs. per week

Pay Range: $23 to $25 per hour

Responsibilities
