You will build candidate pipelines, present qualified candidates with clear notes, and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Experience recruiting for agency roles (advertising/marketing).
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment process from posting to offer delivery.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and channels.
• Present qualified candidates with screening notes and recommendations.
• Maintain candidate records and interview feedback in the ATS.
