Unlock Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate with 1–2 years of recruiting experience and hands-on experience supporting roles within an advertising agency. You will own job requisitions from posting, through sourcing and screening, to offer delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for agency roles.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Ability to present qualified candidates with notes.
• Excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop candidate pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter for active and future roles.
• Present qualified candidates with screening notes and recommendations.
• Own the recruitment process from posting to offer delivery for multiple reqs.
• Conduct initial candidate screens assessing experience and fit.
• Communicate with candidates and coordinate next steps with the hiring team.
• Negotiate and deliver offer letters to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in the ATS.
• Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Talent Acquisition function.
• Support the Talent Acquisition and HR team as needed.
