You’ll lead a retail agency team of producers and CSRs to drive performance and revenue optimization and serve as the relationship manager for key strategic affinity partnerships in both the self-storage and construction verticals.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll own and manage the team’s workflow, operational strategy, and sales initiatives, while having significant autonomy and influence on the agency’s overall strategic direction.
