Regional Sales Manager - North American Distributor

ECHO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our North American Distributors. This remote role is based in Philadelphia, PA, or surrounding states, covering territories including Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, and North Carolina.

This position offers a salary range of $100,000-$120,000 plus incentives based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing Commercial Accounts.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new team members, including conducting on-site meetings at corporate headquarters and branch locations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals, overseeing revenue and sales for the ECHO and Shindaiwa brands in North America through an independent, two-step distributor network.
  • Create strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market presence in designated territories.
  • Assist in planning promotions, programs, and training to meet annual objectives.
  • Work with distributor partners to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement effective sales tactics to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct customer visits, meetings, and presentations to promote ECHO products, address inquiries, and evaluate territory performance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide regular reports on business performance and activities that impact results.
  • Offer insights on advertising, promotions, packaging, and merchandising strategies.
  • Identify best practices and procedural improvements to support sales growth and project delivery.
  • Assist with forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and new product development activities.
