Job Description: ITW Performance Polymers, a division within ITW’s Polymers & Fluids segment, is headquartered in Massachusetts with operations in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Shannon, Ireland. We are a leader in research, development, and manufacturing of adhesives, compounds, syntactic materials, and coatings used in various markets including wind, transportation, marine, electronics, mining, petrochemical, and industrial OEM & MRO applications.

Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our growth initiatives, working in a dynamic environment with autonomy. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing technical support, building channel networks, and managing customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth plans for Petro-Chem and Commercial Marine segments.
  • Coordinate with Segment Manager on regional objectives.
  • Provide technical support through plant or site audits and training.
  • Support channel development including distribution and direct service.
  • Identify market needs and trends.
  • Utilize SalesForce.com CRM effectively.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Apply ITW Toolbox concepts, especially the 80/20 Front to Back strategy.
  • Communicate tactfully to promote customer service.
  • Resolve customer pain points with solutions.
  • Lead market/channel projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Adhere to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science-related field.
  • 5+ years sales experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical markets.
  • 5+ years sales experience in Industrial Markets.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with distributors, end-users, OEMs, EPCs, etc.
  • Technical proficiency in polymer resin systems preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Processes and CRM, especially Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel 50%+.
  • Residence near a major airport in the USA (PA, TX, CA preferred).
