Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our RPO team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a high volume of requisitions and own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing to offers—while partnering with hiring managers to set priorities and expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in agency or RPO recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, agency or RPO preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond direct applications.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent communication with candidates, clients, and managers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple departments and levels.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submissions, coordination, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, priorities, and expectations.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking; creative sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and recruit activity/dispositions; provide timely updates.
• Deliver on recruiting goals while ensuring a superior candidate experience.
• Serve as an extension of clients’ talent acquisition teams with strong relationship building.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys the recruiting process and wants to expand their experience working closely with hiring managers through an RPO model.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple departments, positions, and experience levels.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and expectations.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and delivering quality results.
• Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information, recruiting activity, and dispositions.
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up to candidates and hiring managers.
• Meet recruiting goals and performance metrics while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Serve as an extension of our clients' talent acquisition teams, developing strong relationships and providing a high level of service.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or RPO environment.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent beyond applicants who apply directly.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Strong follow-through, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for recruiting!

Previous RPO experience is a plus, but a strong agency recruiting background is highly valued!
