We are conducting a confidential search for a Recruiter to join a growing organization where recruiting is viewed as much more than simply filling open positions.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting and genuinely cares about people. The right person will take pride in creating a great experience for candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and doing whatever they can to help both sides of the process succeed.
This is a hybrid position with regular weekly onsite time, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with HR and business leaders while also having the flexibility to work independently.
You don't need 10 years of experience to be successful in this role. We are open to someone earlier in their recruiting career who has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, has a strong foundation, and is excited to continue growing.
Recruiting Experience: At least 2 years of recruiting experience. We are open to candidates who are earlier in their careers and have demonstrated strong recruiting fundamentals.
Passion for Recruiting: You genuinely enjoy recruiting and building relationships. You aren't just looking for another HR job — you like finding great people and helping them find the right opportunity.
Customer Service Mindset: You understand that candidates and hiring managers are both your customers. You care about their experience, communicate well, and take ownership of getting things done.
Candidate Focus: You treat candidates like people, not applications. You understand that how someone experiences the recruiting process matters, regardless of whether they ultimately receive an offer.
Hiring Manager Partnership: You know how to build credibility with hiring managers, understand what they need, ask good questions, and respectfully push back when necessary.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR leadership.
Organization: You can manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines without losing track of details or letting candidates fall through the cracks.
Problem-Solving: You are resourceful, persistent, and willing to try different approaches when a search is challenging.
Team-Oriented: You enjoy collaborating with others and are willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
The ideal candidate is someone who can say:
If you are someone who takes pride in doing recruiting the right way, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both candidates and the business, we'd like to hear from you.
