Rocky Mountain Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join RMCare Talent Solutions across our family of communities in Utah. Earn $43-$45/hr with night/weekend shift differentials, flexible scheduling, and full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Join a supportive leadership team and care for residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Hospice settings. Various shift lengths (4, 8, 10, 12 hours) and mileage stipend offered.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care.
