Rocky Mountain Care Talent Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal staffing pool serving Rocky Mountain Care communities. Earn competitive pay of $38.00-$40.00 per hour with night and weekend shift differentials, and choose from Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities across 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Food Handler Permit as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope of practice.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments.
