Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities. You will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility, and communication of changes to nursing staff, with flexible FT/PT/PRN options and internal scheduling through RMCare Talent Solutions.

Flexible shifts include 4, 8, 10 and 12-hour options with night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes to nursing staff.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
