Rocky Mountain Care in Murray, UT seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care across multiple care settings. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and an active LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Unrestricted LPN license in practicing state (Utah).

Responsibilities
