AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an Agency Appointment Specialist to build and maintain relationships with agency partners, ensuring accurate onboarding, compliance, and administration.

This hybrid role requires 4 days in office and 1 remote day weekly, with offices in Cleveland, OH or Southington, CT. You will manage onboarding and maintenance of agency partners, review applications for completeness, and support regulatory filings while collaborating cross-functionally to drive

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Adobe and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Effective time management in fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage the onboarding, appointment, and maintenance of agency partners.
• Review agency applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support compliance efforts by reviewing state laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain agency records, including commission updates, authority changes, product access, and organizational updates.
• Utilize agency management systems and web-based tools to support daily operations.
• Coordinate information required for state appointments and regulatory filings.
• Partner with internal teams on research projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, authority levels, and regulatory requirements.
