Job summary

Fidelity National Financial seeks an entrepreneurial Assistant Agency Account Manager to support our agency operations in the Kansas City area. This hybrid role is based in Lees Summit, MO, with responsibilities across onboarding, records, and client communications.

You will coordinate contracts, maintain agent files, process payments, and assist the Claims/Marketing teams while delivering outstanding customer service and accurate administrative support.

• Dependable, flexible, and able to perform effectively under deadlines and pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within established guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva; Constant Contact experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new agency application packages and maintain the application tracking system.
• Prepare and process agency contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Establish, maintain, and update agent files and departmental records.
• Maintain current E&O insurance and agent licensing records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to agent requests and inquiries.
• Train and support agents in the use of AgentTrax.
• Coordinate agent communications through Constant Contact, including bulletins, invitations, and email campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate agency seminars and other events, including venues, food and beverage, and décor.
• Provide administrative support to the Agency Manager and Account Managers.
