AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an Agency Appointment Specialist to support onboarding, documenting and maintaining partner agencies.

The role may also assist with related operational tasks in a hybrid Cleveland, OH environment. Responsibilities include reviewing new agency applications, ensuring compliance with state laws, and maintaining agency information, including commission changes and authority updates.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance and review of new agency applications.
• Review of state laws, rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Utilization of agency management systems and web-based services.
• Onboard and maintain agency information, including commissions, product and authority updates.
• Adherence to AmTrust and state authority guidelines.
• Provide necessary information to facilitate state appointments.
• Participate in research and project initiatives as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
