Paychex is a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, now combining with Paycor to offer a unified HCM platform. We seek an experienced professional to independently cultivate carrier and partner relationships across product lines and support strategic business initiatives.
The role focuses on managing Health & Benefits carriers, agents, and TPAs, driving market insights, and coordinating initiatives to boost partner sales and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8+ years in insurance, sales, or business development.
- Experience managing relationships with H&B and/or P&C carriers, general agents, or TPAs.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary representative of Paychex Insurance Agency with Health and Benefits carriers, general agents and TPAs.
- Proactively address market, industry, regulatory and sales issues with carriers and partners.
- Coordinate execution of market initiatives to maximize impact on partner sales volume.
- Provide feedback to improve sales productivity and revenue.
- Analyze program and partner results to determine best actions and geographic focus.
