Job summary

Farmers Insurance Trailhead District in Boise, ID, is seeking a driven leader to build and mentor a high-performing team of licensed sales and customer service professionals. You will expand the local market, educate clients on home, auto, business, life, and financial products, and oversee daily agency operations and growth initiatives.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of licensed sales and customer service professionals.
• Conduct local market research and execute targeted growth strategies across Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Nampa, and the greater Treasure Valley.
• Deliver high-impact, consultative presentations educating personal and commercial clients on home, auto, business, life, and financial products.
• Oversee day-to-day agency operations, revenue generation, client acquisition, and long-term customer retention strategies.
• Develop and execute your custom business plan, marketing strategy, and hiring roadmap to scale agency revenue and build equity.
• Collaborate with district leadership to leverage ongoing coaching, dedicated service infrastructure, and business development resources.
