Job summary

Farmers Insurance Idaho Summit District is seeking a motivated Agency Manager candidate to grow an independent sales agency in the Treasure Valley area. The role offers a commission-heavy compensation structure with bonuses and a path to equity, plus full training and licensing assistance.

Training is provided regardless of prior insurance experience, with a supportive district office and opportunities to build a lasting business in a resilient P&C carrier environment.
