The role offers a salary of $125,000–$135,000 per year with a performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Technology: Evaluate and implement software systems, train employees, and enhance operational processes.
• Agent Relations: Build and maintain relationships with independent agents, provide support, and gather feedback to improve services.
• Problem-solving: Address customer complaints and operational challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Business Development: Pursue new carrier contracts, recruit additional agencies, and support the company’s growth initiatives.
• Insurance Expertise: Leverage commercial lines experience to assist agents in placing accounts and understanding carrier appetites.
• Meetings & Culture: Lead monthly agency meetings, communicate updates, and organize team-building events such as lunches and golf tournaments.
• Financial Support: Collaborate with the accounting team on budgets and operational improvements.
