Selby Jennings is seeking a results-driven Agency MBS Sales professional in New York to develop and deepen relationships with institutional fixed income investors. You will market Agency MBS opportunities, provide trade ideas and market color, and build a client book while driving revenue growth.

Collaborate closely with trading and research teams to deliver market insights and execution solutions, and identify cross-selling opportunities across mortgage, rates, and structured products.

Qualifications

• Relevant institutional fixed income sales and/or trading experience.
• Experience with Agency MBS, mortgages, rates, securitized products, or structured products.
• Strong institutional client relationships and demonstrated business development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of fixed income markets and investment strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• FINRA licenses preferred.
