The Atlantic District in Manassas, Virginia seeks an Agency Manager who can lead a team with vision, mentorship, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

You will develop local marketing strategies, oversee daily operations, and align budgets and resources to support sustainable growth for our community-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience in insurance sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of local Manassas market dynamics.

Requirements

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a track record of leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Manassas, Virginia market and regional business dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management software and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Established network of community or professional contacts in the Northern Virginia area.
