The Atlantic District in Leesburg, VA is hiring an Agency Lead who will be the heartbeat of our local presence, guiding daily operations and shaping team growth. You will mentor insurance professionals, foster a collaborative culture, and build strong relationships with local business leaders while delivering outstanding service to clients.

We value leadership, community engagement, and a proven track record in agency management, with a Virginia property and casualty license.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven success in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Deep knowledge of the Leesburg market and local insurance landscape.
• Experience with agency management systems and performance tracking.
