The Atlantic District in Harmonsburg, PA seeks an Agency Lead to guide day-to-day sales operations, mentor the sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with local businesses and residents. This role emphasizes strategic planning, team development, and ensuring compliant delivery of insurance products.

You will be the face of the agency, driving growth through community engagement, performance reviews, and targeted outreach while fostering a culture of integrity, service, and long-term

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide sales professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily sales operations while setting clear, attainable benchmarks for the agency.
• Coach and support our sales team to help them refine their approach and reach their personal career goals.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local businesses and community members in Harmonsburg.
• Review agency performance metrics to identify areas where we can improve our service and reach.
• Ensure all policies sold remain compliant with state regulations and company standards.
• Develop local outreach initiatives to grow our visibility and trust within the region.
