Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- 3+ years in insurance sales or agency management.
- Knowledge of commercial and personal lines.
- Experience with digital lead management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations with clear benchmarks for the agency.
- Coach and support sales team to reach career goals.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community members in Harmonsburg.
- Review agency performance metrics to identify improvements.
- Ensure sold policies comply with state regulations and company standards.
- Develop local outreach to increase visibility and trust in the region.
