Konnect Agency is seeking an Agency Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of experience to help shape our next chapter. You will work closely with agency leadership to build relationships, create visibility, and manage new business opportunities that strengthen systems for growth.

We’re an independent PR and integrated communications agency serving food & beverage, consumer products, franchise and services.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, communications, or agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and agency presence with prospective clients and partners.
• Plan outreach before events and follow up on introductions.
• Coordinate account, creative, social, strategy and leadership teams around briefs, deliverables, deadlines and approvals.
• Lead proposal content, capabilities presentations, pitch decks and supporting materials with senior leaders.
• Develop targeted prospect lists and personalized outreach.
• Maintain CRM records and visibility into the new business pipeline.
