Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated mindset with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty license through the sponsored licensing program
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella insurance products
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies
