Job summary

FX Insurance Agency LLC in Columbia, SC, seeks a contract-based Agency Development Sales Leader to support recruitment, coaching, and development of Agency Development Sales Specialists across personal, specialty, life, and commercial lines. Base salary is $70,000–$71,000 plus Graduation Bonus and Personal Referral Bonus.

You will provide strategic guidance, oversee referrals, lead pipeline development, and optimize market execution using AI-enabled systems and partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license preferred at hire.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supports leadership, sales, and business development to prepare for agency ownership and growth.
• Conducts regular coaching sessions, performance assessments, and development planning feedback.
• Promotes the Farmers value proposition across multiple insurance lines.
• Collaborates with partners to align strategies and improve market execution.
• Coaches specialists on customer engagement strategies, sales development, and business planning.
• Reinforces licensing, training, and product/underwriting knowledge growth.
• Guides specialists in business development and operational discipline activities.
• Analyzes lead ROI and conversion to optimize marketing and acquisition strategies.
• Develops and maintains strategic referral partnerships for pipeline growth.
• Oversees daily/weekly sales activity using technology platforms and reporting resources.
• Uses data to monitor results and identify trends for improvement.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of specialists.
