Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Property and Casualty license must be obtained on hire.
• Life and Health license preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports development of Agency Development Sales Specialists.
• Supports leadership and business development capabilities for ownership paths.
• Conducts coaching sessions and performance assessments aligned to milestones.
• Promotes Farmers value proposition across personal, specialty, life and commercial lines.
• Collaborates with partners to align strategies and improve market execution.
• Governs customer engagement strategies, sales development, and business planning.
• Reinforces licensing, training, and product knowledge requirements.
• Guides strategic business development and operational discipline activities.
• Leverages AI and third party leads to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Analyzes lead ROI and conversion to optimize marketing and acquisition.
• Develops and maintains referral partnerships for pipeline growth.
• Oversees daily/weekly activity using systems and reporting tools.
• Monitors results with data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of specialists.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
