Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe active sales interactions and provide immediate, constructive feedback to help agents refine their approach.

• Identify common obstacles our team faces and develop clear, practical strategies to overcome them.
• Work one-on-one with team members to set personal growth goals and track their progress over time.
